When you hear that some guys uses pick up lines, I can bet that your first thought is that these guys are a bunch of cheesy losers. After all, pick up lines are cheesy and never work, right?
Actually, the truth is a bit different. Bad pick up lines don’t work. But quality lines are not lousy and they always work. Actually they even not considered as pick up lines, because they work!

“Hi/Hello!”
I know you are probably a little bit shocked and confused right now. But read on.
You have probably tried this technique of saying hello to random girls, and you failed.
Wait, there are some great news for you! If you simply change the way in which you talk to them, you will find that you can get into a conversation without any problems.
Let’s just analyze for a second how a guys says hello to a random woman. He will probably look at her with a shy face, or try to initiate eye contact, or he will greet her and look to the other side. Sometimes, guys say “hello” almost like they are whispering and again they look away.
Well if you use the “hello” like this it will simply never work. Why? Because women always return back the same energy to that you have invested in them. What do I mean by that?
If you are quiet and nervous she will be too. But if you smile she will smile too. If you say greet her with joy she will do the same thing to you. Women are followers, use that to your advantage. Can you see a pattern here.
If you really want good responses from women, just do these two simple things.
Firstly say “Hello” in upbeat and friendly way, of course you say it with a smile. It is critical for you to smile! She must HEAR you and in the same time she must feel comfortable around you. That’s why it’s so important to smile. Please do not forget that.
And now the step two. It’s actually pretty easy, just follow with any topic that goes deeper into the conversation.
You could say “What’s up?” or “Where are you going?”. Although from my experience it is better to follow up with a remark about something mutual you have. This works very well if there is something amusing about the two of you, so you can easily relate.
For instance, let’s say you’re in coffee shop and you see a girl you want to meet. You could walk up to her and say “Hi/Hello!” When she greets you back, tell her something like this “Hey, I’m new here, could you tell me what coffee is the best?”
After you have done this, you can easily bring up any other topic in the conversation. And the conversation can end by asking her to hang out with you sometimes.
Please don’t get discouraged if you screw up some couple hundred of times or your conversation looses momentum. Just stay focused and don’t quit. You only need enough practice, and girls phone numbers will flock to you.
