Ever heard this claim that pick up lines don’t work? Well, its kind of true, because most guys, when they use pick up lines FAIL… But its not the lines that failed, its the guys who did it.
My favorite metaphor for this is the Brad Pitt metaphor. It goes like this:
Imagine Brad Pitt walking up to a girl and delivering the stupidest, dumbest corny pick up line. Will it work? YES! Because it doesn’t matter what he says, it will work. Its the same thing with you. Its how you say it, and why.
You see the main key to whether a line flies or not is if doesn’t come across as one! Now, I’m not telling you to lie or manipulate. What I am telling you is to only use a line if its genuine! What guys do, is they choose a line, or memorize a few, see a cute girl, and deliver it. They just deliver it even though they’re not feeling it.
You see women are like the world’s best “sincerity detector”. Even if you don’t know that you’re not sincere she can tell, and she will shut down and react badly if she detects insincerity. Its intuitive for her, its actually her body that just shuts down and she can’t help react that way to insincerity… That is unless she’s so blown away by how hot you are… But I digress…
Let me give you an example… The Pick Up Line goes…
“Hey I saw you standing here and I just had to come over and introduce myself”
or
“Wow, you have the most beatiful smile ever”…
You have to actually be feeling it for it to work. If you think she has a lame smile, or didn’t even notice her smile, then don’t compliment her smile!
Or for example…
“Hey, if you want to meet me, feel free to smile 
”
This would be great if that’s what you were actually thinking. You saw a girl, and you thought, wow if she’d only smile, I would have an easier time meeting her… So then, this line would be genuine. But if you actually say this, just because you read it on the net, it won’t work!
