You wouldn’t believe how often women blush when I deliver a romantic line. You also wouldn’t believe how much they’d love to be approached with one. The problem though is… that just as often, they get upset, annoyed and displeased when a guy uses some sweet line.
What gives? Are women crazy and confusing? No, not really, its about how different guys use them, and how they go about approaching the woman in question. You see, the exact same line can be corny and romantic, depending on the guy saying it, how he says it, and the woman receiving it.
You see, there are two main factor to if a woman received the line as being corny, instead of blushing in pleasure:
1) Whether she wanted to be approached
If a woman feels that she’s making it extremely clear she doesn’t want to be approached. Has her arms folded, doesn’t make eye contact with anyone, looks to be in a hurry… Then being approached by a guy will most likely trigger a bad response, and the line will be seen as corny. The only exception is if you happen to be her exact type, in which case she’ll be happy that you approached, but other than that… no. So go for girls who either invite you directly (they are staring at you, flirting from a distance or hovering around you while glancing occasionally). Either that, or at least make sure she looks approachable. She has a huge smile, open and social body-language.
2) What your outcome and mindset was
If your mindset is something like “Hey, there’s a sexy girl, I will go over there, give her line, and she’ll have sex with me in return”, you will come across as corny. I know you’re thinking “how does she know what I think?”. She doesn’t. But when you have that kind of a mindset, you will talk and gesture in a corny way, its instinctive for humans, you will not look genuine. A much better mindset is… “Wow, she looks beatiful and cool, she even glanced a few times, I’ll go and say this cute line to make her laugh and see what she’s like”
3) How genuine you are
By far the most important core factor in whether a line comes out as romantic or sweet… Is how genuine you seem in it. If you say something because you read it on the internet, it will be seen as corny. If you do however feel it genuinelly, she will blush and feel its romantic. She can tell!
Some examples:
- I saw you standing here earlier, and I find you attractive, so I had to come over and introduce myself. Hi, I’m Bob.
- Hey, I just had to say… You have a really unique style.
- I really like your smile, you make this whole place brighten up. Hi, I’m Bob.
