My quick answer to this question:
Here’s one… I love this one, because its so sweet, nonthreatening and respectful to the woman.
“Hi, I saw you from over there, and I thought to myself what an interesting person. So I decided to come over here and introduce myself and see if you’re interested in getting to know someone new. Hi, my name is whatever, and you are?”
This is by far the best line I’ve found in testing many lines over the years. The trick to this one is… It has to be genuine. Like you have to feel it while you’re saying it. It has to be real, and not just a line you’re saying to get laid. If you see her and think “ah, nice butt”, then this line won’t work, as it will obviously backfire.
